Flood 2005 Gouache 9X5	Flooding occurs all around the world and the resulting tragedies in people's lives render us helpless in the face of nature's fury. Compassion should be our response and I am pointing to this in the painting at left by utilizing a stark black and white illustration that allows me to incorporate some cubist tendencies.
